I did my research and got 3 quotes for identical services and products, Integrity was the middle quote pricewise. I decided to go with them because they had the right answers to my questions, ie when can you do it, we could do it right away but it would be best to wait a bit for warmer weather, so they did. what about ventilation, they recommended a ridge vent which is the best way, other quotes did not mention a ridge vent.
Shay was reasonable on the cost of upgraded shingles and
extending the warranty. They arrives on time and we're gone 1.5 days latter leaving the place clean and as they found it, only time will tell as to how the roof will last but it looks great.
