I honestly did not think I would ever be passionate enough about a central vacuum to write a review but after the amazing customer service from Julian I felt compelled to write. Every part of the experience was perfect - from the first initial consultation at exactly the time arranged, to the installation of a modern unit to replace the old, dated model I had inherited from the house purchase. In no time at all, the old unit was a thing of the past and Julian was making sure my husband and I were completely satisfied with the purchase before he left the house. Truly outstanding and professional!
