The sales people who come to your home are courteous and knowledgeable about their products and the services they provide. Ralph was extremely versed on the products - and took the time to explain differences in window construction and had many visual aids. The service was exceptional -from the pre-installation discussion to the post-installation walk through. I have noticed the even heat distributed throughout my home- and even my basement flooring is no longer as cold. I got great value on the highest quality products, excellent service, and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in replacing their windows.
