Unlike some listed in Homestars, I received an email and phone call within a day. A price was quoted and the work was scheduled. Rainy weather required a reschedule which was completed thanks to the follow up of the company. Work was completed as scheduled to our complete satisfaction. We will use this service again next year.

We have a walkout basement - our home is on a slope - so doing exterior windows requires work at heights - not appealing! These guys did a terrific job for a very fair price ! Cleaned all glass and the window frames - even cleaned a glass topped table on my porch while they were at it ! Highly recommended.

I'm using service windows cleaned by a group of university students every year. Great service, polite workers, flexible hours.

I usually get my windows cleaned by a group of university students every year. However, no one from this group contacted me this year, so I decided to skip the cleaning. Then along comes a rep from A+ Window Cleaning by the name of Martin. He gave me a quote and stated that garage door windows and exterior light fixtures (the glass part) was included in the price. Those 2 features won me over as they were never included by the students' group. Someone called a few days before to confirm/remind me of the cleaning. 2 guys came and did a good job. I checked each window immediately following the cleaning. I was pleased. Unfortunately, I missed the Living Room windows. When I checked them after the crew left, there 2 were streaks, but nothing major. I didn't give them 10/10 because Martin clearly told me that light fixtures were included, however, when I asked the cleaning guys, they told me it wasn't. My only disappointment.

The other day I had two men clean my windows on the inside and outside as well as my eaves through.
The secretary was very good at keeping me posted with weather conflicts and the time of arrival.
When the work was being completed both men were incredibly polite and professional .
When they were done they actually asked me if there was anything that I needed and insisted that I inspect every detail of the work to ensure that I was very satisfied.
They more than surpassed my expectations, and because of that I for sure will use them again in the years to come

I was referred to A plus window cleaning by a friend and tried them out because i was having a party the following week. They got back to me almost instantly with a quote and was there the next day. The work itself was professional and exceptional however I was very impressed by how the windows are still sparking almost a month later. I have no doubt about using them next year and would recommend them to everyone!
