Have been pursuing company to complete warranty work for 4 months. It is a 5 year warranty and this is only year 1, so that isn't encouraging. They (primarily the proprietor) fail to return calls, they email saying that they we'll be contacted and they miss booked appointments.

Our staff were sent to undertake minor deficiencies the major one being the repainting of a hallway that had been painted free of charge in the 1st place. Our staff arrived at 9:35am to find that the client had left the house without notifying the office that they were leaving therefore wasting some 8 man hours as the project is some 45 mins out of town. An invoice was sent for the wasted time.
Upon receipt of payment we will as we always have honor our warranty. We have a lady in the office and a project manager that deals with these issues to say that we fail to return calls is incorrect.
In closing this company has never in some 20 years failed to uphold its obligations
