Blackfish Homes took over a major renovation project from another contractor a few years ago. The first company made me feel very manipulated and, frankly, ripped off. Blackfish managed the project in a very hands on manner, often questioning my requests and offering better or less expensive options to my ideas. The interaction was excellent, the cost control very diligent and we ended up with a beautiful project that enabled us to sell our property at a nice profit.
