The team are professional, timely, efficient and knowledgeable. My request was to assess the 25+ year old furnace and central A/C for servicing or replacement. The furnace manufacturer was no longer in business and we had issues with both the furnace and A/C in recent years.

Rob made recommendations based on age, condition, service concerns, code, and efficiency. This was to replace and position the furnace differently to aid in efficiency, replace the A/C and the piping due to code issues, but keep the humidifier. Rob recommended Rheem, and my side research showed that their products are good. I was given three choices in furnace size and quality. I did choose the best option which did up the price, but it was my decision and I am confident that I made the right call.

The company worked around my schedule, managed my expectations, and delivered as promised. It was an excellent experience.

We returned from vacation to find a cool house. Serviceman Derek arrived shortly after our call and quickly determined what was needed. As the Lennox Pulse furnace was about 20 years old, we decided that it was not worth the repair cost, considering that the air con compressor had been growling for several years. Another service provider repaired it, but told us it needed immediate replacement 5 years ago. Owner, Rob came to look at the job, provided an estimate and discussed alternative strategies in a prompt and courteous fashion. The job was completed on schedule according to the estimate provided and the work site was left clean. New Rheem furnace is quieter and provides faster heat than the old Lennox. We have also used this company for pool heater service with excellent results. They arrive when they say they will and do what is necessary as opposed to trying to sell unnecessary parts.
