Derek has been to our home twice now. The first time for a carpenter ant issue inside. The second time for a yellow jacket issue. They took up residence in the fascia of our second floor. He is amazing! Professional, polite, prompt, affordable. Highly recommended.

We had a raccoon problem that had been going on for a few weeks and after realizing it wasn't going to go away on its own we decided to contact a professional. Derek came the very next day, performed a thorough assessment of the problem and looked for damage on the roof and balcony where the raccoon liked to frequent. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and addressing all concerns. He gave us some options and his professional opinion on which was the best one for our situation. He repaired the the damage from the raccoon, screened off any openings, bought and helped us install a pest control machine and cleaned up the area afterwards. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
