I purchased two 3 hours of cleaning time through a promotional deal online. I had called and booked my first 3 hours. I had the option of booking 2 people for 1.5 hours, so I did because I had an appointment that day. She showed up late and alone. She couldnt fulfill the full time and did 2 hours on her own assuring me that she will add the other hour to my next booking. She had dishsoap and a rag. I gave her my supplies to use even though she was to supply them and to make matters worse she asked for a tip when she left. I wiped everthing down with lysol wipes when she left. Called to book my last session because it was prepaid. Took a long time to get a return call back. When she did call she claims she never owed me the extra hour. I booked the time for her to come. She never showed up and I left numerous calls. I am disabled and depend on the people I pay to do there job that I pay them for. Royal Housekeeping is very unproffesional. Never would recommend them to anyone, they are dishonest and should not be in business.
