Thank you so much for the work your team did for me today. Such lovely women.

I was so embarrassed about the state of my house. They made me understand that it was OK that it got beyond me, and they were here to make it better. Indeed, I had said to them, out of dirt-shame, don't worry about the shelves in the kitchen, don't do them. And of course, they followed this instruction. Part way through the morning, I bumbled into the kitchen to find one of your lovely young women carefully cleaning my spice jars. Now, these jars are open to the kitchen, therefore greasy, are @90 years old, belonged to my grandmother and mother before me. This kind person was carefully cleaning each jar, ridges included, and I asked her, 'Doesn't this fiddly stuff bug you?' And she replied, astonished that I would ask , 'No, not at all. We will make your kitchen sparkle.'

And sparkle it does. And my floors are clean. And the basement bathroom begins to look normal.

I will not hesitate again to ask them to clean my kitchen shelves. Their work is exemplary, but more than that, they did not in any way leave me feeling inadequate. In fact, I am energized and resolved to do better on the things that I can do.
