Worst company ever to deal with. We have been waiting for a window to be replaced it fixed - warranty as we cannot open and shut it properly. We’ve been working with Victor on this issue for over a year. He has more excuses than anyone I’ve ever worked with.
We ordered another semi circle window and it’s been over a year now of waiting for this window. It was supposed to be installed twice now but there again more excuses.
Will never recommend him
Will never deal with Victor again - ever!
Even if he has good pricing on Windows - go elsewhere and save you any stress like he’s out us through!
