Simply put, Dimitar arrived on time, is extremely efficient, and provided above and beyond service by adding lubrication to the locks/doors to ensure they work smoothly. I searched on HomeStars for a reputable locksmith to rekey the entrance doors dead bolt locks. After having called for 3 quotes from top rated companies, I retained Locksmith Care for this project because of the reception of Dimitar Dimitrov as well as the competitive price.

He explained to me that he is the third generation of his family in the locksmith business, from Bulgaria. When he arrived on time for the work, he was courteous and knowledgeable as well worked in an efficient manner. He was willing to patiently correct the bolt stickiness in one of my locks when I tested each one of them with all the keys provided.

These guys are professionals - arrive on time, give you exactly what you want and don't try to extort more money from you. In fact, the owner went above and beyond by attempting to repair a doorway and broke a drill bit in the process just so that my door would close properly. Also have me some handy pointers along the way. Totally recommend them.

I highly recommend this company for any lock needs. They were on time, honest, very friendly and extremely efficient. I already had a hole in my door for a lock so they didn't need to do any drilling, so he reduced the price. Very reputable!

A door handle in my house broke so the door would not open. I called Locksmith Care and they came the same morning, even though I said it was not a rush. The repair was fast and well done, and he even fixed something else he noticed on my outside door on his way out. Price was excellent. Highly recommended! Thank you!

A refreshing experience all the way around. Dimitar was professional and courteous, showed up on time, provided the best solution which was also NOT the most expensive option, protected and cleaned the work area, provided fast and efficient service and was true to his estimate. Dimitar was efficient, professional and inspired confidence. My mother-in-law recently moved into the house next door, which had an old lock that required two hands to open, and seemed loose. After she was locked out one afternoon, I called Dimitar and left a message explaining that we needed a new locking mechanism. As promised on the answering machine, he called back within 15 minutes and agreed to come the next day after 5pm (since we were unable to meet him during the day). He quickly confirmed our suspicion that the lock was not secure (in addition to being difficult to open). He replaced it within an hour! He was very professional and pleasant, and clearly knowledgeable about locks. I would recommend him to anyone!
