My house was broken into - Rado came same day, and not only re-keyed by identified some other issues with my locks and was able to fix them on the spot. He made it easy, and the price was very reasonable. I'd use them again, hopefully I won't have to :)

Fantastic service. On time, friendly, quick, professional and a fair price. We have an old house and several locks needed to be changed, there were some problems with the existing locks but Dimitar managed to complete the job with minimal fuss, he even spotted and fixed something I had not noticed. Our front door lock wasn't working anymore. Dimitar was very quick in responding to our call for help and addressed the problem in the most cost effective way. Rather than replace the whole lock, he quickly saw that by simply replacing the mechanism within the lock cylinder and re-keying it to work with our existing keys, that would solve the problem for us. It was clear right from the get-go that he knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable on the best course of action to take. I will definitely call on him again if I ever have future problems and would not hesitate to recommend him for others seeking similar service.

We recently moved into a new (old) 1958 home. I called Locksmith Care and they responded to my request immediately. They changed all the locks in the house to one key. This way I only have to carry around one key and will be able to get into any door. I previously tried to cheap out with box store locks. It is well worth it to have the locks professionally done. They knew the style of all the locks and how to deal with them. Dimitr was very approachable cleaned up after the job was done. Now all the locks work great and we have peace of mind. Great job!

I engaged Dimitr from Locksmith Care to change the locks on my house to new electronic ones.
He was exactly on time to our appointment and was courteous to my neighbours re parking. He was very knowledgeable and explained the operation of the locks to me and let me practice while he was on site.

Called yesterday afternoon about a faulty deadbolt and was told that someone would be with us by 8:00 a.m. today. DImitar arrived on time and by 8:35 we had a new deadbolt lock with 7 keys as requested. Dimitar was very knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. I highly recommend him.

We had a few locks in need of help and Locksmith Care did the job with speed, ease, and an eye to detail. He replaced an exterior lock, replaced the cylinder in another, harmonized the two, and cut us some extra keys. These were old doors so he required some patience and finesse - which he had.
