Job: Removed a smart lock and installed original builder provided lock for front door...as I was moving.
Tech and Punctuality: Tech showed up on the agreed time (actually showed up 5 min prior). Very professional and got right to the job.
Price: Only con is price, as I called a couple of other places and they were charging about 15 to 20% less for the same job.

I'm a bit surprised about the price comment as we gave you a quote over the phone and we charged you exactly that amount.I know how much the other guys charge and trust me we didn't over charge you.
