The staff at Toram mechanical were fantastic to deal with. The office staff kept me informed every step of the way. The master plumber was professional and courteous and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. The plumber who did the install was profesdional and very accommodating, and when he left , everything was left in a clean state.
