I called Sam to fix my cooktop , he responded promptly , scheduled a visit and had the job completed in a very short time . His work was professional and clean .

Got a call back within minutes, and an appointment the same day! Sam arrived on time, with the replacement part. He'd asked for the model number and year so was able to determine the most likely part failure, which was correct. Very professional, clean, and well worth calling again.

Our dryer broke (heating element) and our washer wobbled (suspensions). It was a priority for us to get them repaired. Sam promptly came the next day and did a diagnosis. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and gave us the pros and cons of our options. He gave us an estimated cost on repairing the machines and also asked us to shop around for new machines to decide what is best for our family. We appreciated his honest opinions, and ultimately chose to repair the machines. He kept us informed on his progress while ordering the spare parts, and repaired our machines after the parts were available. He has followed up after the repair to ensure the machines were functioning properly.

Sam from JSN was extremely helpful. I was able to reach him right away and arrange an appointment for the same day. He arrived on time and made the repairs quickly for the estimated price. Sam helped fix the block in our dishwasher which involved replacing the check valve pipe. We were able to share pictures of the problem with him over WhatsApp and he gave an initial quote which was what we had to pay finally. He was thorough in checking for any leaks and displacement after the work. He is courteous and knowledgeable. 10/10

My dishwasher was stopping without finishing the cycle. Sam arrived the same day I called, even though it was already late in the evening. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was pleasant to work with.

called monday morning, came monday morning! That is what I call excellent service. Called another company before JSN but they didn't want to come as it was not worth their time to drive to Etobicoke despite indicating that they do service Etobicoke. Sam diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly.
