Sam was able to come to my house very soon after I first called. The job was done quickly and he cleaned everything up when he was finished. He was able to work evenings so I didn't have to take time off work. Great job, I'll definitely call this company for any future repairs !!!

Sam was able to come to our house in the evening on the day we requested to repair our dryer. He asked for some information ahead of time so that he would be prepared. Sam was super polite and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted us a very reasonable price. He had the correct part with him and was able to fix on the same day. He also vacummed all of the lint out while he had the dryer open. There was was much lint that it completely filled the canister and more! We are very pleased with Sam's work. Our stove stopped working in early January. Sam came within a couple of days after we spoke and he established there were a couple of problems to deal with. He ordered a few parts, which took a few weeks to arrive. It turned out that one of the two problems needed a different type of solution. He came back within a week with a new part, and the stove was fixed and overall it saved us money when compared to the original estimate. Very pleased with the overall service.

Washer broke down, called Sam Monday, part out-of-stock until Thursday, here I am Friday doing laundry! Fast, efficient, tidy and respectful of my home Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He advised in advance what the problem was (a broken pump, plugged up and useless), how much work was involved to fix it, what it would cost and when it would be completed. Sam didn't let me down.
