My dryer broke down and I immediately turned to HomeStars as I had had very good experience when I needed an electrician. My last appliance repair experience on my oven was not a good one. I had used the repair person from the store where I purchased the oven (took 6 weeks for me to get the fix finally done). Had I looked on HomeStars I could have seen they only got a rating of 2!!
I was very pleased to find JSN Appliances Repair. Sam answered the phone immediately and gave us a time for the next day, following up with a very courteous confirmation text . He phoned the next day to confirm again and when he was running late called to let us know and assure us he was still going to come. Having asked for the dryer model and serial number, he had all of the necessary parts and the job was done efficiently, quickly and cost efficiently. I now have a working dryer in less than 48 hours after it broke down. JSN has earned all of the reviewers "10's" and I would certainly use them again.
