I requested services from JSN to fix the longstanding issue I had with my KitchenAid stove top - the burners were not heating properly. I was able to secure an appointment same day and the technician (Sam) that serviced my appliance was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and fixed the issue within 30 mins. The entire experience was great - Sam was effective and efficient in taking care of an issue that had persisted for more than a year. My only regret is not calling them sooner.
