Furnace is cleaned , inspected and tuned up which includes fan blade cleaning, condensate flush, burner cleaning, exchanger clean all included in this service and only IF vents ducts are clean….dirty vents and ducts contribute to a furnace NOT staying clean as long . Clean your ducts and change filters monthly.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND I ACTUALLY pull your furnace APART ENTIRELY for inspection, cleaning and tune-up….then REBUILD your furnace, and Retest operation to ensure proper operation.

1/ Inspection. What parts require replacement? What can be done to improve and keep current furnace ? All parts are tested.
2/ sanitized and cleaned
3/ Tune-up….burners cleaned, heat exchanger (Inside and outside) cleaned, fan blades cleaned, motor cleaned and oiled (if not a sealed bearing) reheat coils cleaned , secondary condensate traps checked and cleaned, everything rebuilt and re tested before and after.
4/ performance evaluation...checking for air leaks, missing ductwork, missing venting, holes in system.
