Sos Wildlife Control

I heard scratching and terrible noises at around 1:00 this am. I was convinced it was a racoon and looked up help...thankfully Josh from SOS wildlife calmed me down, got me an appt for the same day and set my expectations on what the appointment would entail. Sherwin arrived on time and walked me through all the details, he confirmed it was squirrels and not a racoon. Once i agreed on th approach, he set up his equipment and went to work. He explained that the work was guaranteed and let me know that if the noises persist after 2 weeks to call him and he will come back out. Since 2 months ago i kept hearing noises that sounded like foot steps coming from my attic. First i thought it was just wind that would move the junk in my attic but after it became more intense during night time i figured it wasn't the wind. so i googled some animal control services and found SOS WILD LIFE CONTROL called them and spoke to Josh one of the technicians he gave me some very useful information over the phone and booked an appointment with me based on my scheduel which was really customer oriented. once he showed up for the appointment and inspected my roof and attic he told me that i had a raccoon living in my attic. first i was really scared but then he told me to not worry at all and that he will take care of everything for me. he immediately started working and installed a "one-way" door on the hole that the raccoon had made in my roof. then he showed the other potential entries that the raccoon could make entries from. so he recommended the animal proofing package that would protect my new roof from any type of wildlife. the wise choice was to take the offer so i will never have to deal with such troubles again. i was surprised when he told me that everything will be done today and in a 1 week period or so he would come back and remove the "one-way" door that was installed in my roof and also for extra assurance he gave me a 100% guarantee for his job. i was very satisfied with his great customer service that was fast and precise.

Squirrels were in our attic and Sherwin from S.O.S Wildlife Control successfully (and humanely) removed them with one-way doors and sealed points of entry. He also showed us pictures and videos of the squirrels' "handiwork". Service was fast and friendly!

13 years ago, I moved into a great cosy bungalow, nestled in an older neighbourhood in Toronto. After much deliberation, I decided to downsize and list the property for sale. I had not heard or seen raccoons (first hand) in my attic since the first year here. Day two of showing the property and I awoke to sounds from the attic at 4am. A bird/squirrel/raccoon (I thought)! Realized we had racoons somewhere hidden in our backyard. To our surprise it was a mother racoon and 2 babies!! Called S.O.S Wildlife Control and they were over ASAP.

S.O.S WILDLIFE CONTROL did an excellent job explaining the problem and potential solutions.Baby raccoons were out of reach behind the brick of the fireplace. Sherwin the technician from s.o.s wildlife control brought them all out and placed them in a heated box and installed a one-way door on the main entry point for the animal. place the babies right beside it so the mother raccoon can easily find them and relocate them. Highly recommended.
