Took my brand-new, 1 week old, 2010 Corolla to get my windows tinted. The lifetime warranty is what sold me on Bee Cool. However, they scratched my doors in their shop, and scratched the tint on 4 windows installing it. I made an appointment for warranty work and took it back 10 days later. They made me wait for over 2 hours after my appointment time before they took the car in, and scratched the doors again. I showed the manager the scratches and he said,"We didn't do it." Now it's 4 days later and the tint has peeled and bubbled on two of the windows that they have redone. I am going to call them tomorrow and ask for my money back. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when you have to go back every 2 weeks!
