Bee Cool Glass Coatings

We were happy with the privacy coating installed by Bee Cool 5 years ago for our front and back glass doors. So we hired them again for the 5 windows in our newly renovated backyard office. Very happy with the work Brandon completed and his recommendation for the perfect coating type. Will be looking to hire Bee Cool again in the near future for another window project.

Completely unprofessional in my opinion. Not to mention the dispatcher is extremely rude and unreasonable. Buyer beware!! Would not recommend to anyone. Work was supposed to be same day and clearly installer did not want to work the weekend contacted me 3 hours prior to appointment to drop off samples and quote.

Had Bee Cool install a UV blocking coating to reduce fading of merchandise in my store. Work very well. No more fading

Good product, HORRIBLE service! I had security film installed on my windows last year but have been waiting over a year to have the windows caulked. Installer came a few weeks ago to finish the caulking and didn't bring enough caulk! Now I have to wait a few more weeks for them to come back and finally finish the job. You'd think since this job has been on their books for so long they would make it a priority to get it done but now that they have my money I get to hurry up and wait. I would absolutely not use this company again.

I had great responsive service from this company. Every employee that I dealt with was friendly and informative. The day of the installation, the employee was quiet, professional, and tidy as he went about his work. The coating has made a significant change in the temperature in our home; it's much more comfortable in the summer. I would recommend this company to any one that would ask.

Took my brand-new, 1 week old, 2010 Corolla to get my windows tinted. The lifetime warranty is what sold me on Bee Cool. However, they scratched my doors in their shop, and scratched the tint on 4 windows installing it. I made an appointment for warranty work and took it back 10 days later. They made me wait for over 2 hours after my appointment time before they took the car in, and scratched the doors again. I showed the manager the scratches and he said,"We didn't do it." Now it's 4 days later and the tint has peeled and bubbled on two of the windows that they have redone. I am going to call them tomorrow and ask for my money back. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when you have to go back every 2 weeks!
