This company uses subcontractors which we were not aware of when we hired them. If you don't want subs doing your roof you should get it in writing, as once work is handed to a 3rd party, quality control is lost.
Their subcontractor crew did not follow the manufacturers installation guidelines for hip roofs when it comes to the leak barrier. I have shortened my review to the basics of our main complaint and I am moving on despite their lack of acknowledgement of what went wrong and their refusal to make it right until we pressed them. Please remember no matter who you hire; Get everything in writing, know the basics and be present during installation.
