I hired Trini Electric to upgrade my fuse box. They were quick and professional. The installation did not take long and no return trips were needed. They also installed a new mircowave range for in my kitchen, as part of the job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

replacing knob & tube and installing new fixtures

We initially contacted Kaum who lives in our neighbourhood as we were looking to have some fixtures installed and some wiring issues resolved as part of a larger home reno project that included installing some new hardwood floors. Once we ripped out the old floors we discovered that we had lots of knob and tube wiring hidden under the floors that needed replacing. Even though our electrical project became much more timely and complicated, Kaum was very understanding and positive with the change. He worked around our other contractors who were in the house at the time to make sure all the wiring was installed and even suggested we consider hard wiring in our fire/CO2 detectors which was a great idea.

He did everything by the book and were provided the proper paperwork to ensure the new wiring was up to code. He even pointed out other issues with some of the previous electtrical work that was done on the house (installation of the breaker panel) which was not up to code and advised that it needed to be updated. When we need some more electrical work done around the house (which we will), Trini Electric will be the first person we call.

First met Kaum and his team about one year ago. I was immediately impressed with his level of knowledge, punctuality and desire to do things the right way.
