System was installed, problems from day one. The company owner is a complete farce and shady at best. TRIED to fix the problem and pretended to give a crap but in actually he was just using excuses not to come out. It appears that they are not experienced and kept saying "you are the only job with these problems" Sure we are. One of the cameras still shows an alarm condition. Stay away.

My wife and I feel 100% safer having this system installed. Ernesto and his installation team were extremely professional. His recommendation on a good quality system was great and the installation was neat and clean. His response time to iron out some minor kinks (with the hardware) was sub par tho. Hence the drop of 4 points.

My wife and I feel 100% safer having this system installed. Ernesto and his installation team were extremely professional. His recommendation on a good quality system was great and the installation was neat and clean. His response time to iron out some minor kinks (with the hardware) was excellent. The cost for the system was very comparable so customer service was essential to me and he passed with flying colours. Thanks guys for the great work!
