An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our family recently acquired a newly renovated kitchen thanks to the fine quality workmanship of the Pro Glo Paints-Kitchen Refinishing team. We have a very large kitchen with a great deal of cabinets and attached crown molding that was in great need of an update, transforming from a yellowish oak to a crisp white. I contacted several refinishing companies for the job and received emails and call backs within a day or two later. Dino De Lellis, company owner and project manager, replied to my email immediately and was at my house the following day, providing me with an on-site quote.
I was extremely impressed with Dino’s knowledge and expertise in his field while he thoroughly explained the benefits of his product line and refinishing process. Dino even had our family over to the Pro Glo refinishing plant to see the process first hand. This was an invaluable experience prior to committing to the job and one that I can say went a long way in establishing a trusted relationship with Dino’s team.
During the span of time required to complete our kitchen, the Pro Glo team, comprised of an expert cabinet maker as well as a number of painting professionals, worked tirelessly with the utmost care and attention to every possible detail of their work. They disassembled and took as many parts of the kitchen to their facilities for spraying, completing the job with on-site spraying approximately a week later. Living without a kitchen is especially hard with a family. They made sure that they cleaned up after themselves every day and that we had access to the fridge and microwave in the evenings.
What sets Pro Glo apart from the many kitchen refinishing companies we encountered was their obvious commitment to the highest quality of work possible, while ensuring that their client’s needs are met through an open line of communication and professional courtesy. In comparison, some companies will charge clients for an on-site quote while others simply ask for measurements and have you deliver the cabinet parts to their location for spraying. This would mean, not only removal of all cabinets but re-installation and leveling. From a pricing standpoint, Dino’s price was not the cheapest but it was competitive. We had the confidence that the work would meet our expectations and it exceeded them. Furthermore, the final price was equal to what was originally quoted and we were not charged for a few little extra’s that Dino offered along the way and this is truly appreciated.
To conclude, our overall experience in working with the Pro Glo team was nothing short of excellent. Dino and his team, go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and that you truly are getting what you pay for. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in high caliber work executed by trusted professionals.
