Bought a wine fridge 3 1/2 years ago. It stopped cooling a few weeks ago. I called the store to see if they could help in any way, e.g. recommend a repairman who was competent and fair. Instead I was treated rudely and dismissively. They seemed obsessed about their liability for even recommending a repairman. There are many many other stores out there. Which I am sure would want to keep a customer happy for the next order. Anik Appliances is certainly not one of them.
