The Good and the Bad:
Good: great job on the patio. Looks good, sloped well, very happy with it.
Bad: Broke a water line for a sprinkler system, after being cautioned repeatedly and assuring us that it would not be a problem. Said that they would fix it - didn’t. Resulted in a $800+ repair bill. Email messages about this went unanswered.
Bad: Repeatedly ignored emails or failed to get back when promised. Terrible communications.

Bruce and his team put a concrete pad in our backyard for us to install a gazebo. The pad was 13' x 13' aggregate with a stamped concrete border. It looks great and we have had lots of compliments on it. Bruce quoted us a reasonable price and timeframe and kept to both. Every night they cleaned up the site so we never had to deal with a mess. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work.

Bruce gave a wonderful and generous service to the Armenian Community Centre as he drove past and saw us struggling to clear a very large parking lot. He made swift work of heavy, accumulated snow after multiple storms. So professional and we are very humbled and appreciative. These guys did a great job with my concrete driveway with a drain, and exposed aggregate walkway to the front door. They were organized with all their own equipment and always left the day with a clean job site.
