Technically Brad is extremely proficient and completed a large roofing project in a day and a half, he had to do it over two days due to weather. His crew cleaned up well in between the two days which scores big points with me. He also kept in touch via text to advise me of progress and cleaned everything when he left.
The only downside to dealing with Brad is that he runs with no overhead. So there's no cheerful receptionist or precise scheduling. He'll give you an estimate of when he will start and then call you a few days before hand to let you know. In my case this was a week early. Not complaining but something to keep in mind if you like constant communication with your contractors.
His prices are much better than his competitors.
