Terrible service. Call center does not follow up even when promising to do so on multiple occasions. The rep sent to home was unable to fix issues and promised to return the next day - never showed up. New rep sent to house weeks later put in place a patch solution without solving root problem. No quality assurance - avoid this company.

They installed an A/C unit correctly except for an outflow pipe that collects the condensation. The joint was poorly sealed and leaked water onto the basement floor. The service department was unreliable in returning phone calls, the service department manager unpleasant when I stated that waiting from Friday to the following Tuesday evening was unacceptable. He also has scheduled the original technician who screwed up the job to do the repair! Very disappointed.

Cosmopolitan guys repaired my five year old AC which stopped working last month . These guys are really good at the work and i am very happy with their services. Thank you cosmopolitan.

I purchased new Furnace from Cosmopolitan last december. I am quite satisfied with the work, just keeping in mind the same thing I also purchased new Air Conditioner last week from them but just after installation noise came from the AC then I hurriedly called cosmopolitan and amazingly they sent a guy in 20 minute, who fixed it at the spot. This is quite quick response from their complaint department and I am impressed.

Before moving into my purchased house, I was looking to get my furnace and AC cleaned by cosmopolitan because previously I rendered their services in the past and found them best in Heating & Cooling services providers.
