Dylan and His crew at Freehold Construction know what they are doing. Our stamped concrete pad looks excellent and will definitely stand the test of time. They were clean, efficient, polite, and delivered what what agreed. And a more than reasonable cost too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dylan and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. They would walk me through everything they were doing and explain why they were taking that course of action. Each member of the crew were very knowledgable about the procedures and knew what they were doing.

As a newer homeowner, its wonderful to find a company that works with you in mind and one where you can trust. Dylan came up with a quoted price and it never changed.

Bottom line: Freehold is a quality company and you can see in their work that they care about the job they do. A great group of guys to deal with, I couldn't recommend them enough!

It's refreshing to deal with a sub-contractor who's price is reasonable, work is high quality and most importantly able to communicate and prompt with his work. Dylan is a pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

After a couple rain delays the crew arrived to prepare the site on the first day and poured the cement the next day. It looked very good and we were very pleased. The next day we noticed some over spray on the siding around our front porch that could not be removed. Dylan came to take a look and accepted full responsibility sent out a siding man and replaced the siding on the entire front of our home, no questions asked. Needless to say we were extremely pleased. Thank you Dylan!!

Dylan was great to deal with from the beginning to the end. He is professional, pleasant, easy to deal with and above all he does what he says he would do. First met the crew at the Home show in March. They were extremely, helpful and interested in my project. Many others at the show were not. Anyhow long story short they came over to my house and quoted me a price for a garage pad. I had contacted other companies to compare the price, some showed up some didn't and some just guessed. I had a strong feeling with Freehold and contacted Dylan to do the work. They were extremely professional, answered all my questions and did an amazing job. The price was exactly what they had quoted 3 months ago.
Also of note Dylan did come by the house before the pad was poured to answer our questions as to where the pad should be located and the advantages of where it should be. This alleviated a lot of stress the wife was having.

We just moved into a new home and wanted the existing walkway and front stairs replaced with a nice poured concrete path. I found Freehold Construction on his site and was impressed with the reviews. I, so glad that I chose Dylan and his crew. From day 1 email inquiries were quickly responded to. When Dylan came out to do the quote he was exactly on time and when we started the project they again arrived exactly on time. When Dylan gave us a quote he gave us a few options of what we could do and how we could save a little money. I appreciated this. I never felt like I was being ripped off. Dylan and his crew moved very quickly but made sure everything was done correctly even sweeping the street at the end of the day. The walkway looks fantastic. When the concrete had set enough, Dylan sent me a text with instructions on how to help the curing process. The whole process was so easy for us. The concrete looks fantastic. I think it makes our house look way better from the street.

I needed a driveway replacement because the last company hired by home builder did a poor job and the cement was breaking up. Dylan came and answered all my questions and concerns. He scheduled me in right away. His team work diligently and completed our driveway in a timely manner. I am extremely impressed with their hard work and professionalism. In the end, we have the most beautiful driveway in our neighborhood. Thank you Dylan and team. You guys are wonderful.

We met Dylan and his team at the Calgary Home show where we discussed an issue that we were having with our garage. A large crack had developed in the foundation which was causing shifting that was so extreme the door and frame had actually been damaged. We had several companies come in to give us advice as well as two independent engineers and the company that originally built the garage 7 years earlier. Short of re-doing the entire foundation at a cost of over 10k, no-one could offer us a solution or even explain why this had happened.

Dylan and his team came in and took this on without hesitation. For an extremely reasonable cost they came in, analysed and repaired what no-one else seemed to be able to figure out. They were on-time, on-budget, professional, and even offered information on how we could do some finishing that would help prevent the chance of the problem ever re-occurring.

As we are in the process of planning our next home, we know that we will definitely use this company again and we highly recommend them. Our garage looks awesome!
