D Lynch. High-end condo reno in Toronto, Canada, with multiple plumbing failures. Company was allowed multiple attempts to correct. Currently under plumbing audit review and dispute resolution process with company. Will report back once issue resolved.

This company has only 3-4 service people to answer service calls so they cannot answer calls in a highly responsive way. They are very good at plumbing related work. My experience with them has been terrible as far as heating and air conditioning.
