Bonoflo Irrigation

Amazing and friendly service. Hard working and punctual. i would refer them to anyone looking for great service and someone who goes above and beyond. For example a certain phone company cut our just installed sprinkler line and we had no idea until upon a return visit Ed noticed the line had been cut and he repaired it right away. Same company had now possibly cut our line again and he is taking the time to come help me look to see if they did today. Customer for life and will refer to anyone.

Bonoflo has been our sprinkler service supplier for 5 years. Ed is always polite, punctual and price conscious. Ed will work with you to come up with the more efficient way to get the job done.
I have used many other providers previously and they don't compare to the service we get from Bonoflo. I guess that is why Ed's business is growing. It is just like housing contractors - sometimes you have to wait for the good ones. Ed always gets the job done and this year is no exceptional. We are up and running.

Ed seems like a nice guy but unfortunately does not follow through. Multiple times set times to do new installation work and does not show up, call or respond to messages. Originally tried to hire him to do installation of in-ground sprinkler. After agreeing to work and start date - he does not show up and kept changing on us last minute. Finally he stopped trying and I had to hire someone else. A year later a friend , who was having his in-ground sprinkler closed, said that same guy could come by and do ours on same day. Gave him benefit of the doubt and he closed out sprinkler system for the winter. He offered to do opening in spring , for which we called him back . After agreeing on a day and time to open sprinkler system (which I had to take morning off work) yet again he does not show up. Again - no response to call or texts. Calls me back a day later telling me this is a low margin business (not sure what this has to do with us) and I need manage my expectations even though weather was not a factor. If this is the case, why not show up for a quick service job which would not take long and paid on the spot.. Even if can't show up - at least give the courtesy of a call to let us know, knowing I took time off work. Totally unreliable. Nice guy but horrible service.

Ed from Bonoflo Irrigation was incredible. He came out to our house and closed up our irrigation system. He was extremely fast and very helpful. He gave us someone wonderful tips and offered to come back in the spring to add a few more heads that we need. He is very knowledgeable and the best part is his prices are so reasonable. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking for help with irrigation. Don't hesitate to hire him, so very pleased!

Ed designed and installed a great irrigation system on my property. This is my second year with the system and my grass looks great. He is easy to get in contact with, and service calls are done in a timely manner.

I was not satisfied with the previous company who had been maintaining my irrigation system, so I called on Ed to close things up for winter. What a pleasure - he was prompt, professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing, double-checked everything, and - most significantly - worked out a mystery in my system that the previous company had shrugged their shoulders at and dismissed. I'll definitely be calling on Ed in the spring again!

I first deal with Ed from Bonoflo in the early summer. Very honest and straight to the point on the phone. He arrived on time and completed the timer install. Very clean job, as he had to drill into the house from the exterior to run the wiring as i had an indoor timer and requested to have it installed in my basement. He took the time to explain the system and provided me with a few maintenance and programming tips. Second time i dealt with him was very recently to winterize my system. Bonoflow again showed up on time and completed the job promptly. I have already referred Bonoflow to my neighbor who also used them to winterize his system. Needless to say, he was also very pleased.

I was very impressed with Bonoflo Irrigation. My yard looked better when they left at the end of the day than in the morning! During my winter closing, they were on time, polite, and answered all my questions. Looking forward to my spring opening.
