THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. MOVING FROM TORONTO TO BOSTON, I HAD A PROMISED DATE OF JUNE 26/27 WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME LATE AFTERNOON ON SUNDAY THE DAY OF. THEN NEVER SHOWED UP. I RESCHEDULED IT FOR FRIDAY, WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE AT 8PM, AND ONE GUY WHO IS 70YRS OLD SHOWED UP AT MIDNIGHT SAYING I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW FOR MY MOVING PEOPLE TO COME!!! AT THIS POINT IM WAY TOO FRUSTRATED AND MYSELF AND THIS MAN DID THE WHOLE MOVE. I TALKED TO YUNI ON THE PHONE REQUESTING TO RENEGOTIATE SINCE THEY DID NOT DELIVER 2 MOVERS AND HE REFUSED AND SAID THEY COULDNT RELEASE MY STUFF UNTIL I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. BEYOND TERRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM. MY STUFF WAS ALSO DAMAGED IN THE TRUCK WITH BOXES BROKEN AS FURNITURE SCRATCHED.

My apologies you had bad experience.
We had delays on 27th and still were ready to make the delivery very late that same day. However, you said it is better to deliver next Friday, so we returned the truck back to warehouse and delivered according to your needs on Friday. Since it's a crossborder move, we have no control over time it takes to pass the customs as well as construction on the road and weather conditions. We were late and asked your permission to unload it on Saturday morning. Also, the helpers for the driver would show up at 7 am Saturday. You insisted to unload Friday evening. Our driver unloaded everything alone because you asked him not to wait till the morning.
Regarding the payment, it is stated clearly in our contract that the total should be paid before unloading the truck. In your case, you were asked to pay when driver was about to finish to unload.
For the damages, please take pictures and send it to us, we will investigate and get back to you with a possible solution.
