Instant Lawns

Instant Lawns did a very good job to install sods to my front yard. They are easy to communicate with and they installed the lawn very fast and with good quality. We are happy with their service.

Lawn installed May. Weeds appeared in lawn because of poor top soil. Took weeks to get anyone to replay. Lawn replaced late August. Cost me 200 more in water charge. Their mistake I paid! No effort to compensate.
Also promised to remove stones from backyard- not done. Lawn was to be fertilized for free. There designated company called no free service but wanted me to pay for a package to upkeep lawn.

Had a backyard that had been neglected and overrun with Vines and weeds. The instantlawn team did a quality job and worked hard. Really happy with the new lawn. Would highly recommend.

Our yard had not had much work for many years and as a result the lawn was non existent. They came early, removed all of the old lawn and replaced it with new topsoil and sod. The team were very polite, respectful, and efficient. were very happy with the work.

I hired Instant Lawns to install a new patio last year. They did a good job and were reasonably priced. However, in the process of stacking materials and sawing stone, they completely destroyed the lawn adjacent to the patio, which had been installed just a few months before. Despite many attempts to have them come back and fix the lawn, as they had promised to do ("we will leave your property in the same shape we found it in"), they never did. I was out of pocket several hundreds of dollars to have it fixed, but still to this date, it is nowhere being close to what it looked like before. Instant Lawns have simply ignored my calls, emails and texts. This unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable for a reputable company. Doing the job is not sufficient. Minimal after sale client attention is an absolute requirement, especially when damage to property has been done.
