The process from estimate to install was handled in a professional manner. The crew of three arrived on time and got right to work digging out and removing the grass and clay soil. They took the time to make sure the pattern of stone blocks was laid out. All questions were answered. It took a day to change the yard from a mud pit to usable space. We are very pleased with the install from start to finish.

We re-sodded our entire front and side yard areas. The job took two days and the Instant Lawns crew worked from dawn to dusk the first day to prepare for laying new sod the next. The entire crew was polite, attentive, and respectful. When they inadvertently damaged a neighbours sprinkler head, they had a different crew in the same day to make a repair. They also adjusted some of ours as part of the re- grading completed as part of the project. This is a messy job and they needed to use the street for collecting old sod and dumping fresh top soil: just wish they had done a better job of cleaning the street after the work. As for the new lawn, were very happy and impressed that Lucas (owner) not only took the time to stop by but participated in some of the work. We recommend this company.

The project was to replace a strip of lawn between two driveways and flatten the ground as previously it was more of a mound.

Got a quote that was very competitive. They notified they were coming and were here on time. They did a great job with removing the remnants of our lawn. Dug down and got rid of the roots of the weeds. Raked and leveled and added top soil. Did an outstanding job of preparation for the laying of the sod. In preparation to sell our home we contacted Instant Lawns in the fall to repair some grub damage. Jacob advised to wait until the spring and accelerated the job in order to meet our timelines. The Instant Lawns crew showed up ahead of schedule and were in and out very quickly and left behind a great looking lawn - all I had to do was add water!

I am so impressed with the quality of the work done on my lawn. It was meticulous. The guys who worked on my project were hard working, polite and helpful. I am blown away by my new lawn and highly recommend this amazing crew from Ottawa. It looks better than I could have dreamed possible. Our lawn ‘died’ from a very harsh summer. We opted to have irrigation installed (by others) then used Instant Lawns to remove and replace our grass. The price was better than other estimates received. Their work was excellent, workers were pleasant and respectful of our property and they coordinated very well with the irrigation company. Topsoil and sod appear to be excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Originally we had contacted Instant Lawns to get sod installed in our backyard but when we saw the high quality artificial turf that was available, we changed our plans. Much more expensive than sod but we saw it as a good fit for the area we were working with as well as our lifestyle (who wants to spend the summer watering, mowing and weeding?). Lucas and his team were awesome! The job got done in one day. All the mess from the soil and gravel was cleaned up afterwards. We are so happy with the job they did and now want to spend time in the backyard. Thanks Instant Lawns!
