Ronaldo and his team did an excellent job of replacing our 50+ year old garage floor. It now has a much better pitch, and the threshold is a lot more substantial as requested. The quote process was effortless. I requested to be dealt with mostly by email because I was so busy with work, and he was very accommodating. We found all his team members were courteous and friendly. The best part was we were scheduled for mid-June, but he was able to squeeze us in at the beginning of May.

Total Concrete Solutions have now completed four fairly large projects for me: a basement floor, a sidewalk/shed pad, a driveway, and now a backyard sidewalk, shed pad and patio pad. Their work is excellent and on time, they clean up mess when finished, and their prices are fair.

Our builder-installed garage floor had cracked 30years ago and has gradually sunk. With over 8" of drop on one side driving the car in/out i was worried what's happening underneath.

Rolando responded right away and came out to provide a quote for replacement. Once we gave him the goahead, he slotted our relatively small job in with his others and was able to start within a couple of weeks.

He arrived to work together with his trusted crew, the atmosphere was orderly, relaxed and they worked really well together. Rolando did the trickiest part - hand-spreading and -levelling the concrete himself as it was passed in by the crew and the mixer/truck operator. Very efficient. We were amazed how well-levelled our new floor is with the right amount of slope for drainage. After he finished levelling, he asked us and to our delight made a couple of artistic maple-leaf imprints of leaves collected in our backyard.

There was no damage to out aluminum door frame coverings or anywhere else inside or outside. They cleaned up after themselves well. Rolando also came back a week or so later to fill the slot remaining at the driveway edge after the concrete has cured somewhat.

I hired Total Concrete Solutions (Rolando) to replace my concrete garage floor and parge my home’s foundation. Rolando responded quickly to my request for a quote and was willing to do a site visit before providing a price. From his site visit, I was left with the impression that he knew his business, was going to comply with construction standards, and was interested in providing a quality result - and I have not been disappointed.

He provided a quote that detailed the process steps and materials to be used, and was willing to amend the quote to include items that I wanted specified. His price was competitive with other quotes that I received.

Rolando and his crew were very professional and friendly on the job. At the end of every day, the site was tidied and clean and there was no damage to any of my property at the end of job! Rolando communicated especially well on the timing of the job start and the start and end of each day’s activity.

My garage floor is now level and smooth, the appropriate thickness and sloped to the driveway. I was very pleased with the extent of the parging of my house foundation which had to be done around and behind shrubs and plants. The job has just been finished – not cured yet but so far, I rate as excellent! Definitely would recommend Total Concrete Solutions.
