Top Quality Job and a Pleasure to Work With

Simply put, Rolando, with his supportive and non-agressive style, made the whole experience of getting our ancient garage floor replaced a breeze. Rolando and his team did a great job putting exposed concrete on our porch, steps and front walk. We are getting lots of complements from our neighbors. Rolando was always on time and communicated all details to us. He and his team are hard working professionals. Highly recommended

We first met about 4 years ago when you hired us for your stamp concrete patio. I appreciate you hiring us again for the exposed aggregate front walkway, porch, front entrance, and the plain concrete walkway down the opposite side of the home. Next is the garage floor:)

This is a follow up review

This is a follow up after eight years, he has everyone post a review after doing the job, it's always nice at first. However, not a pad he poured that hasn't cracked, and I don't mean a small crack. The patterned concrete is covered in spalling. He did ours and my neighbor's at the same time. What makes this really interesting is that my neighbor and I did our back shed pads over 30 years ago and neither one has cracked. The shed pads, and the patio pads Total Concrete did, are a mess. No thanks, never again.

This is Rolando. Why are we hearing about this 8 and a half years later. With concrete, if you're going to have issues with it you would start to see it within the first two years. You've never called us. Not once. Why are we hearing about this in a review almost 9 years later.
Like with every reputable company, we stand behind our product 100%. This is why we have a warranty in place. It's not often, but .0001% of the time things happen. This is why you get a warranty. If you would have let us know, we would have come out and do a core sample, send it out to see what's happening with the concrete. We would then determine what action to take to make it right.
I don't understand, Instead of calling us, you decide to leave a review 8 and 1/2 years later. A little strange!
We've built this business one customer at a time. Doing quality work for thousands of families in the GTA. Our business is referral based. These families we've done work for refer their kids, families, friends, and neighbour to us. I'm proud of our reputation we have accomplished . This is why I still work along side my guys on every job.
Sorry, but I find this very strange!
Doesn't add up. You should have used your warranty.
Don't know what else to say. This review isn't a reflection of us at all. Just read all our other reviews before making a decision.

Aggregate Concrete Driveway

I had hired Total Concrete to install a Poured Aggregate Concrete driveway in the summer of 2023. Rolando did an outstanding job & went out of his way to deliver. Particularly the half-moon step on my walkway. He was very attentive to detail from a construction perspective, such as the steel rebar etc.. And although he had his helpers, he was always physically present to personally oversee the process & ensure it was executed to specifications. He was also very easy to communicate with, and answered all of my questions & concerns related to this project. Overall I was pleased with the service rendered and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, should I have a requirement in the future

Front Porch Overlay

We hired Rolando to overlay our front porch and remove and reinstall a side step. He was excellent and professional from start to finish. Before we hired him, he answered multiple emails/phone calls and did two site visits to answer questions and allay all of the concerns that we had. He was patient and kind when we had problems arranging for our railings to be removed prior to the repair. And most importantly, of course, his work is excellent. He is a true concrete specialist with great attention to detail. Unlike many other contractors, he takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him and his team.

Replace concrete garage floor

Rolando provided excellent and professional service. Hes probably the best contractor weve ever dealt with. He outlined the entire process, was reliable and gave us follow up advice for new garage floor. He had to run a hose from our backyard to the garage and was extremely careful not to crush the flowers in my garden!!! How amazing is that!!!
