I have a 2500 sqf and the cleaning was done really fast and with a good care. I really appreciate the good work and it was done for just one person.

The team did a great job from sales to service. After the job was complete, the follow up service was terrific as they wanted to please. There is no doubt I will use Aurum for my next window cleaning.

My house is a new house , the outside windows are very dirty! A pretty girl from this company knocked my door and gave me an offer! I thought it was reasonable , and made an appointment with her! The guy cleaned the window very carefully! Really a good job! Strongly recommended!

I never write reviews but this experience has been the worst ever! A sales rep came to our house for gave us a quote for interior and exterior window cleaning as well as tracks and screens, said they had equipment for cleaning the tracks and the screens would be washed outdoors with soap and water and that rained is used on the windows. we were told a crew of 2-3 people would come and were told they would come between 9-12. I took a day off work so I could be here when they arrived. Only 1 guy showed up and that was at 12:30. he did the exterior windows and proceeded to do the interior windows, took the screens off and cleaned them with the dirty clothe he used to wipe his squeegee and did this in the house not with soap and water outside as was promised. when he was done he we asked why the tracks weren't cleaned. He advised that they don't do that, when asked about the rainX he advised that the company does not use that. We called the company and complained, they apologized and said they were going to send out someone to redo everything. I took another day off work to wait for them to redo the windows. The same 1 guy came and seemed confused as to why he was there, he was told to go to Canadian tire to buy some equipment to redo everything, he told us the company didnt provide training and that he had only been there once and that he was going to do the same job he did last time. We told him not to bother because he want going to provide the service promised. We called and complained and we transferred from one person to another then to the sales rep who came to the house. he did not help at all. A lady from the billing dept called and demanded we pay the full amount $400 even though the service we were promised was not provided. she said she was the TOP person and there was no one else above her we could speak to. We asked for recording of the phone conversations as she advised us they had them and she didn't provide them. we told her we would pay for the window cleaning but not for the screen or track cleaning as they were not done and she refused. Even the window cleaning was messy, dirty water drops were left on the window ledgesI have sent emails and have even called the customer service dept and have not heard back, they keep sending us emails and calling us threatening to send it to collections. I work in customer service and I can safely say that they have by far the worst ever.

Very professional staff. Very proficient in the work they did. Nice people.

Good job cleaning the windows and eavestroughs.

( A side point - Cleaning staff should probably wear some sort of standard t-shirt or polo shirt - our cleaner was wearing a Suicide Squad t-shirt which made him look like some random guy removing our screens. )

Very professional. Arrived earlier than expected. We had some older windows with storms and we pointed these out as they needed to remove the storm and clean all 3 sides. Great job. I hope I can book the same technicians next time. House felt so clean.

Do yourself a favor - save yourself from aggravation and stay away from these people.

Aurum has been cleaning my windows for a number of years, doing an acceptable job. This year they called me and offered to clean eaves troughs for $80. Told me that I didn't need to be home, which is perfectly normal.

On the day when they were supposed to come, I came home, looked out of the window and the gutters were just as dirty as before. I went up on the roof - everywhere I could see, the gutters were dirty.

Yet, the next day I get an email from them asking to rate their service. I called them up, told them that I saw no signs of the job being done. Without questions they agreed to come back and redo it. We set up another day, I come home that day and again, nothing is done, but the next day I get an email asking to rate the service again.

I called them again, spoke to the guy named Brian, explained what happened. Emailed him the pictures and even offered to pay for the service they were yet to deliver (on purpose, what the heck, 80 bucks is not too much for a social experiment!) Immediately saw the credit card being charged, even before I could hit the Send button on the email with the pictures. The next day I get a phone call from Brian saying that yes, the job wasn't done properly and that they would come again. Again, we set the date, I come home that day and again nothing is done. I sent the pictures to Brian again and asked for a refund. Got a call from another guy named Joseph the next day, who told me that they couldn't do a refund, but would come again.

So they come again (this time they did come), but only clean one gutter that is visible from the 2nd floor window. The rest of them are as dirty as they've always been! The pictures show the gutters that have been "cleaned" 4 times!

So I called them again the next day, Brian answered the phone. I demanded the money back and threatened to post the images online. His response was "Whatever you say".

Will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against them.

It was easy to book the appointment. The workers arrived on time and did a great job with the cleaning and even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Would book again from this company!
