Arctic Spas Ottawa (540 West Hunt Club Road) was wonderful in the help they gave us in the purchase and set up of our Hot Tub. Neville was excellent in the sales and after-sales services and Ryan was great in the delivery and set-up. They were great to work with and made the whole experience effortless.

Hot Tub Installation

In the fall, I installed a hot tub. I found Arctic Spa to be very helpful every step of the way. Later when I did have some trouble with the unit, they were quick to replace a faulty board. I have had exceptional service from Ryan, in particular.
