Alex and his crew did a great job of replacing the tiles on our roof. They stuck to the quoted price even completed a few extras at no cost. The whole job was completed in good time and they actually left our yard cleaner than it was before they started the project.

The roof replacement by Sunwest Roofing was incredible and reasonably priced below five other reputable roofing contractors who advertise on the Google, radio and with flyers when they knock on doors handing them out. The young men who sold it was extremely knowledgeable and professional and told me just what would happen, when it would happen and how much it would cost. And that's exactly what happened. They showed up at 7 am when they said they would show up and went straight to work. The crew was very professional and organized. They had all of the shingles of my house off and in a dumpster they brought with them in 2 hours.
They had the job done in the same day, two groups working at the same time on different parts of the house. Unbelievable efficiency! It is a 2350 square foot house with a steep roof, and a two car attached garage! I was told by all other contractors it should take two to three days, but Sunwest Roofing finished it in 1 day.

We have been looking for a roofing contactor for almost a year to replace our pine shakes roof that reached its untimely demise. To select the contractor, our criteria is based on cost & track record. We have gathered 6 quotes and most of them have respectable reviews and track record but seemed pricey. Having construction experience myself, I have a good idea of what the reasonable price should be to completely replace our roof with asphalt shingles. Fortunately, I found Sunwest Roofing which is owned and managed by Alex Iglesias. The total contract price was at least 30% less expensive than other contractors. He was involved all throughout and was very professional completing the work in 2.5 days.
In the end, he gave me photos of the new roof and it is clear that we made the right choice and saved thousands of dollars.
