Ray did a great job replacing our front door. He was very patient through the decision process. Did not rush us. He provided us with materials, followed up promptly when we had questions and sent additional ideas via email. Ray takes great pride in his work and because of this it was a pleasure to work with him again. He has installed/replaced all the windows in our house over the last 15-20 years. He arrived promptly at 8:00 am worked until the job was done and we were completed satisfied. We would not hesitate to recommend Ray to friends and neighbours as we have done in the past.

After reviewing reviews of Rays work, meeting him in person and discussing the quote we contracted him to replace our front door, two windows, one with shutters and our patio door and we could not be happier. He is a professional. On time, his work is outstanding, he cleans up after he is done and he stayed to the schedule. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Ray installed my new front door with storm door recently and I couldn't be happier. Ray met with me to go over my options and together we picked a door/storm door combination that was exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. I had 12 windows replaced and every part of the transaction with Ray went exceptionally smoothly. Ray provided me with a clearly laid out quote for services, accurate time lines for delivery and installation, prompt replies to all queries, clean and professional installation, and no hidden costs. He even identified and fixed an issue with a window that was not in the scope of work. It was nice to do business in such a straightforward way. Last year RAM installed 12 windows and a patio sliding door for our 20 years old house. We are very satisfied and happy to award the job to Ray and his company. Ray was meticulous in the work and finished job was a high quality. He also listened to our request and tried to accommodate our needs. I had some reservations about certain model of the patio door that was supplied after visiting the showroom and asked for a better model. Ray replaced it with another model and the result has been excellent. Our friends all praised the door because it is at a highly visible area. New Window...

In late November 2014 I had a new window installed. There was no previous window on the wall where I wanted the new window so I had companies come in and provide me with advice on options, feasibility, and approximate price.

Ray had completed some work for my in-laws so I decided that he would be one of the companies I would request advice from. Long story short...he was the only person who really seemed to care enough to sit down with me, explain what my options were, and walk me through the whole process of opening up a wall and installing a new window. He even tolerated all the kids running around and trying to talk to him...(sorry about that Ray).

I wish I had used him when I had the other windows and doors in my house replaced years ago. Needless to say, when the time comes again to have any other work done, Ray will be the first person I call.

In March 15, 2014 we hired Ray base on the high rate of reviews here in Homestars. He installed all the windows upstairs in our house and he did a great job. He did his job with care that there's no problem happened. He cleaned up his mess every time he's done.This experienced we had with him we hired him again last Dec.3, 2014 to do our baseboards and doors. These two projects that he did for us we are very happy and satisfied he is really a professional, even his price is very reasonable and affordable. We highly recommend him to whoever needs his service.

Ray is very professional and courteous to deal with. He never put pressure on me to buy more than I wanted and provided options to help me decide on what was best for my needs. Installation was done expertly and was respectful in keeping the area clean.

We hired Ray to replace 2 upper windows which were located above 2 other larger windows. We also asked him to repair a window sill. He was able to replace the windows without any problems and saved us the expense of replacing the much larger lower windows. The complete job was done in good time and Ray did some other caulking and nailing to repair the framing around a patio door. Some of the caulking was not in the original work detail, but Ray was happy to do a few extras without charge.
We would call Ray for any future work of this type.

Was able to save a lot of money by having Ray save my window frames and only replace the glass on all 20 windows. Also got a new storm door installed. Ray was very professional (just him alone) and no disturbance to the household. Recommend to anyone. He also did repairs and touchups he noticed throughout the job, that was not in the original contract. Kudos to Ray.
