Found them in an ad on FB. Went to the showroom and met Michelle and Mike (owner). Very attentive to our needs and helped us navigate through the myriad of choices. Installation took 1/2 day Including capping the builder white vinyl to one that matches the garage color and it looked great. Very satisfied with the work.

We recently had 3 car garage doors with openers installed by Smart Doors. I was referred to Smart Doors through the C.H.I Overhead Door's website 'Find a Professional' search function, as this manufacturer makes a door style and colour that we really liked. It was the closest dealer to us in Richmond Hill, so we dropped by the showroom. There we met Michael, the owner who walked us through the various features, options, and prices, with guidance but without the salesmanship. The fact that we already had a good idea of the door style we liked before walking into the showroom, and then being able to see full size doors on display really helped because we weren't comfortable with committing to an order just by looking at pictures in a catalogue or a single panel. I also asked Michael if he could provide a residential address as a demo of the door style and colour of our choice. Right away, he provided several addresses with the various options near to us. We were happy with our selection and placed the order. Two weeks later, the doors were ready and the crew came by to install. The job took almost the whole day and Micheal himself was there from the start to finish. Old doors taken away, new doors installed and tested, no problems. Micheal made sure everything was just right and even walked me through the setup of the remote opener phone app.

Today Michael and his team installed our two replacement single garage doors. We are more than satisfied with the entire process from initial visit to the showroom to the end result.

-Expert workmanship - the team that installed our doors was skilled, speedy , precise and competent. They were friendly and interactive yet didn't waste time

Overall, it appears that we chose well by selecting Smart Doors.. We look forward to many years of satisfaction with our new doors.

Excellent fast service - best price out of 3 qoutes for the same product- although we were not in a rush and told them so, the doors were supplied a week earlier than expected, expertly installed, the quality is visible - all the neighbors are asking for their name and number !

Very professional service, everything was done as promised, high quality product reasonably priced. Mike, the company owner, very easy to deal with with the thourough knowledge of his business as the result buitiful looking, functional garage door.

It all starts with the show room – you see, you touch, you feel your new door. Perfect communication, knowledgeable staff, great price. In two hours I got new house outlook.

It's not often that the person who takes your phone calls and writes up your quotation is the same person who comes to do the job.

From my first call, Michael was always straight with me. He shared helpful recommendations on color/insulation/style based on the design of our home, and was patient with me as I flipped back and forth on options over the course of multiple calls. He never tried to up-sell, and was honest when explaining what he felt was worth an upgrade, and what was not.

I'm extremely impressed with the level of service, and the attention to detail, that Michael and his team took to the installation of our new door. They showed up on time, took the time to try to pick up any stray screws, and cleaned up after themselves.
