I contacted Steve Y. regarding an problem electric air filter and some odd sounds coming from my furnace. It had been a while since I had any service done, and I was expecting the worst.
Steve contacted me right away and gave me multiple options for when a tech could be over. The tech, Aiden, showed-up exactly when he said he would. Aiden was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of the problem. More importantly, he gave me a reasonable and cost-effective solution and did not try to up sell something I did not need.
The issues were fixed and some much needed maintenance was completed in no time, and at the price quoted. Further, I received a call from Steve shortly after to make sure I was satisfied.
Great customer service. I will definitely be using Air In Motion again in the future and recommending them to friends.
