Greg and his team at Niko's did an excellent job with the new lawn installation. Work was done efficiently and completed to my full satisfaction. Greg followed up and replaced a few small pieces of sod that were damaged by local dog walkers . A completed set of instructions were provide for proper lawn maintenance, very helpful. The installation crew were friendly, respectful and left the site in very good condition when the work was completed. Lawn looks great!!

NIko's Gardening replaced our large front lawn. We are extremely pleased with the results! The lawn is gorgeous and the talk of the neighbourhood. From the outset, Greg was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The team who installed the new sod were very professional and hard working. Greg, the owner, was very prompt in responding to my initial request for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable in offering suggestions for re-sodding the lawn and possible garden/landscaping ideas to fit the space we had.

The workers were prompt, polite and professional from start to finish. Any questions/issues I had were addressed in full.

The whole home lot, from the street curb to the backyard fence was re-sodded without an issue, cleanup was also done and no mess left behind, all completed in one day.

I would highly recommend if you need to replace an old lawn.

In March 2021 we booked Niko's Gardening to re-sod our front lawn. Greg was very responsive in providing us a detailed quote and walking us through the process. The work was completed in May and we couldn't be happier with the results! Devon and his team were fantastic in doing the work. They went above and beyond to explain the plan as they progressed through it and they were very precise around the more difficult sod cuts (i.e. around trees and outlining gardens). They made sure we were completely happy with everything and they spent a good deal of time cleaning the surrounding sidewalks/driveway before leaving. We would 100% recommend Niko's Gardening and we will definitely have them back when it's time to do our back lawn.

We were waging a losing battle with the weeds in our front yard, and decided to lay down new sod. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we got from Niko's. Greg and the staff impressed us with their courtesy, competency, and professionalism throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

Greg and his crew worked very hard, The estimate was fair, straightforward and accurate to the final cost. While the estimate was late last fall the job was completed this spring and in one day they removed the old lawn, treated the soil for pine trees, put in new topsoil sodded, rolled and fertilized.
It was efficient, clean work and well done. Many neighbors have taken down the name from the sign in the front yard.

After trying many years to repair my lawn on my own I finally had the sod replaced. I am very happy with my experience with Niko's Gardening. The team was very responsive, communicative and friendly from beginning to end. I paid a little extra for soil build up to cover the lower areas of my yard and am happy with the result of a more level yard. The lawn looks great.
