Jack's Moving

During initial call, asked explicitly re: sofa cover; was assured would provide as part of move, BUT did not provide due to size of sofa. Haphazardly moved/stored belongings stacking heavy boxes & weights on newly upholstered sofa (had to spend hours re-stacking in storage unit) getting injured in process. Promised to pay for damages; but shrugs you off (goes to China for months & always in middle of move but cannot pay as promised). Ignore phone calls, etc.
