My main drain was clogged, and it flood my basement. I called DrainRooter Plumbing, they were at my door in 30 minutes. Ryan was nice and explained the situation. He worked hard and unclogged my basement. While he was doing the snake, I saw everything on the camera and he told me what the problem was, which was overgrown roots that clogged the pipes. He told me that if this happens again, we’re going to have to excavate it. The camera inspection was well done, im impressed with the service, plumber was very professional, nice and helpful. Definitely going to call them again. I highly recommend DrainRooter Plumbing.
