Low water pressure & no hot water to certain taps / showers
Alex and Terry came around to our house and we couldn't be happier with them. They will now become our 'go-to' plumbers. Not only were they upfront and honest about everything so there were no surprises, they also explained the problems and how they intended to solve them. We had a bad experience with a previous company (who came around and wanted $378 to diagnose the problems before they could indicate the additional cost), so we were relieved when Alex and Terry came and explained everything upfront before we committed to anything, and they were clearly very knowledgeable. The main problem we had wasn't an obvious fix - some taps were getting hot water, others weren't, but they figured it out while keeping me in the loop. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
