The entire first floor and 2nd floor of our home was renovated at a reasonable cost, which included demolition, wiring, flooring, drywalling, new trim and doors, new staircase, new bathrooms, new kitchen layout and laundry room. He won our business, when he articulated our vision with precise details and he was able to keep the cost within our budget. His attention to excellent workmanship was evident daily through the entire process. Just before Christmas, we noticed some settling with the cold weather, we called Lou to tell him and he was over the same week to do some minor repairs.
