M.A.D Renovations

MAD completed my home renovations 9 month ago. I’m sitting in my basement and am so happy with the job. They were bang on budget and time. Our 4 kids are super happy Highly recommend this team for your next project! Thank you for making our house a home.

We are absolutely thrilled on the renovation that Lawrence, Sharon and his tradesmen did. They were always on time and finished the job on the day that had been given. They were very professional at all times. Lawrence is very up to date on all the new products and designs. We new we were getting the best products for our needs. The bathroom has been turned into a beautiful spa retreat.. I would recommend M.A.D renovations to anyone who is looking for extremely talented ,knowledgeable professionals.

We hired Lawrence and Sharon to renovate or kitchen after meeting them at last year's Home Show. They helped us with the layout of the kitchen and with all the design selections, ensuring that the finished product was exactly what we wanted. They also worked to provide options for reducing costs.

While on site they were very careful and made sure that everything was cleaned up after the job finished. We had an unrelated leak in the house during the renovation and Lawrence went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.

We met Lawrence and Sharon at the last home show and contacted them for a quote. They were professional, prompt and we could tell that their attention to detail would make them the perfect choice to finish our basement. Their team did great work and were very conscientious about not making too much of a mess in the rest of the house. They followed up on every single request that we made. We are so happy with the end result and are glad that we chose Mad Renovations.

This was our first major home improvement project. We chose M.A.D renovations because they were the only company to help us visualize how we wanted our laundry room to look like with the help of computer software. They were happy to keep making changes to the design until we were satisfied.
They are a husband and wife team, Lawrence and Sharon, who we have found to be extremely honest and sincere and easy to communicate with. They are always punctual and the work has been completed on time and to a high standard. They obviously take great pride in their work and have told us they strive to win and retain clients for the long term.
There were some mistakes made which they could easily have covered up but they admitted to them and rectified them at their own expense.
What could have been very stressful was made fairly smooth for us by their excellent service.
